Episode 3: Giving Voice to Postpartum

In this episode of The 7-Day Work Week, Em and Liz research all things postpartum. They learn that postpartum mood changes are a spectrum rather than one monolithic stereotype and discuss how postpartum healing looks in other parts of the world. Em and Liz share the “icky” parts of postpartum recovery in hopes of reducing the code of silence around it. Finally, they discuss the economic and cultural implications of the Frida Mom line of postpartum recovery products.
